What do I need to rent a supercar with The Revault Group?
You’ll need a valid driver’s license and proof of full-coverage auto insurance (comprehensive, collision + liability). New clients will be taken through our verification process to get you confirmed quickly.
Is there an age requirement to rent?
Yes—you must hold a valid driver’s license and meet our insurance criteria. If you’re under 21, the security deposit may be higher due to the value of the fleet.
Can someone else drive the car I’ve booked?
Yes—additional drivers are permitted provided they pass our verification process and sign the rental agreement. All drivers must meet the same insurance and license requirements.
Why is the security deposit required?
Our fleet includes some of the most exclusive vehicles in the region. The security deposit protects the car (and our investment) from damage, misuse or overage. Once the car is returned in pristine condition, the deposit is fully refundable.
When is payment due?
Full payment is required at the time of reservation to secure your vehicle and concierge service. Without full payment the booking may not be confirmed.
What is the cancellation / change policy?
If you need to make a change or cancellation we ask that you contact us as soon as possible. Changes are subject to availability. Because each rental is tailored and our vehicles are held exclusively for you, we cannot guarantee refunds for last-minute cancellations. If you notify us well in advance, we will work to convert your payment to a credit for a future booking.
Am I guaranteed the exact model I choose?
We aim to deliver the exact make, model and color you selected. However, in rare cases of mechanical issue or sub-optimal conditions, we may substitute a comparable or upgraded vehicle of equal value. In this event we will consult you directly and strive to meet your expectations.
Who drives the car—can I?
If you booked our rental experience (self-drive option) you will be driving the vehicle yourself and must meet the required license/insurance criteria. If you booked with a chauffeur, the car will be driven by a professional driver from The Revault Group.
Are there extra fees I should know about?
We believe in transparent pricing—your rental quote includes taxes and standard fees. Optional upgrades or special requests (e.g., extended photo time, custom routes) may incur additional charges, which we will always clarify in advance.
What happens if there’s a mechanical issue or unforeseen delay?
Safety and service are our priorities. If your selected vehicle becomes unavailable due to maintenance or other issue, our team will provide an appropriately upgraded alternative where possible. We will keep you informed every step of the way.
